Diary:

Today we walked to the heart of city, known as the Centro Histórico. Hung out at the huge Plaza de la Constitución (Zócalo) which was being prepared for the Independence day celebrations on Sep 15th, the Catedral Metropolitana, the ancient Aztec ruins of Tenochtitlán at Templo Mayor, and saw the very cool Deigo Rivera murals at the Palacio Nacional.

Keiko is insatiable for this stuff, but by evening I was totally museum'd out. We ate dinner at some mediocre joint on Avenida 5 de Mayo and headed home.
